PRINTING TECHNIQUES FOR ALL WEATHER
REQUIREMENTS
IPPL is in the forefront of laser engraving techniques
using engraving methods, glass etching and sublimated printing for all weather print
technology.
Laser engraving onto the metal : -
This technique involves the burning of letters onto a hard plastic or
metallic surface by a high density laser light. The heat generated by this
requires
the skill of a laser engraver who is trained and qualified to operate the laser
engraving machines.
Sublimated printing:-
Dye-sublimation printers allow you to print colors not laid down as individual dots,
as is done in inkjet printers. Heat is used to vaporize the colors and
adhere it to the surface of the hard surface,
creating a gentle gradation at the edges of each pixel. The advantage of this type of
printing as compared to the normal inkjet printing is that the colour is
infused into the surface, so it makes it less vulnerable to fading
and distortion over time, making it ideal to be used to print signage in buildings
and Fire equipment.

Fire engineers have various roles within a fire department, they will need to show
aptitude in science,
technology, psychology, physiology, management and even law. Their

requirements. Fire engineers will be trained on the job on competency in Fire
protection services, how to use fire protection equipment and the general protocols for fire protection intheir individual fire department..

originate. Fire engineers should be able to anticipate behaviors of materials,
machines, apparatus, and structures.
THE BUILDERS ROLE
Building Fire codes have to be
approved before it can be open to the public, if the building firecodes are not adhered to, the onus
falls on the builder to rectify the problems and implement the Fire
Engineer’s recommendations. This can take a bit of time so it is important for the builder to include the architects and draftsman who designed the building to oversee
the whole project from the beginning.
The Architect and Draftsman’s have their own design
criteria in all areas including building signage. All signs put up
by the Builder have to follow some guidelines. The signs are normally
printed or engraved on hard plastic or metal. Using either sublimated printing or laser engraving
techniques.
